RESEARCH ON EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM OF DANGEROUS GOODS TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES

Abstract. Due to the flammable, explosive, corrosive, radioactive and other characteristics of dangerous goods, if a traffic accident or leakage occurs during transportation, it will seriously endanger public safety people's lives property. It is great significance for urban stability establish risk early warning mechanism, ensure safe transportation formulate emergency rescue measures. In view problems that may occur such as weak supervision, low efficiency in obtaining information, difficulty treatment, this paper constructed comprehensive perception collaborative integration response system by integrating vehicle target intelligent monitoring platform decision support platform. Under detection tracking technology, PyQt5 used build an based on satellite video data, which realizes real-time tracking, functions goods transport vehicles, can quickly complete location emergencies statistics environmental road information after accident. With database technology ArcGIS Engine embedded component library, spatial analysis constructed. GIS realize points basic management functions. At same time, two starting fast events high scheduling efficiency, rapid determination impact area planning routes. Taking Chengdu example, monitor vehicles real measures seconds. The conducive reducing damage loss caused improving informatization level related departments.
